About Sleep Recovery CIC
Sleep Recovery™ is a Community Interest Company (CIC) formed in 2023 with support from the School For Social Entrepreneurs.
While Sleep Recovery™ has existed as a training programme, a process and a resource for individuals and organisations, we became a CIC to offer more benefit to varied people and communities.

"everybody deserves access to tools to support them sleeping well"
Community Focused Support
Sleep Recovery™ offers one to one client sessions, provides public information via podcasts, interviews, articles and web-based resources about restoring rest through natural sustainable and widely accessible means (yoga, breath and meditation).
We also provide training to yoga therapists (providers of services to the public) and offer ongoing support to our Sleep Recovery™ Practitioners who work with people and communities in the UK and worldwide. We continue to offer different forms to experiment with the best form of support for their needs, and are developing peer support, ongoing training and resources.
We aim to amplify Sleep Recovery™'s social impact through free web resources and events that support better sleep- sustainably.
The community benefit occurs through reaching a variety of client groups through our trainees and the organisations with which they work (whether it be in the NHS, client support groups, parent groups etc) delivering new knowledge about how to achieve better sleep without resorting to drugs or clinical services.
Sleep Recovery™ training is now open to psychotherapists, health professionals and movement professionals in the private sector, public sector, or voluntary sector.
Our training partner, the Grove, is a for-profit entity, but all proceeds that are earned via Sleep Recovery™ training for our director’s participation are brought into Sleep Recovery™ CIC to provide services through the organisation.
We thank the School for Social Entrepreneurs for their Trade Up Programme, as well as the sponsor of the programme, Lloyds Bank.
